How long will my furniture take to make?

The Tresana furniture range is made to order. Once an order is received, we aim to deliver to the retailer within 10 working days.

Please ask the showroom where you have purchased the units from if you require a confirmed delivery date to your home.

Is the Tresana range available online?

The Tresana range is not available to purchase online.

What is the Tresana Collection’s guarantee?

We offer a five year guarantee on all our doors and door rolling hardware and a two year guarantee on interior products, interior fixings, hardware and lighting. Click here to view our guarantee in more detail.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

All of our sliding wardrobes are manufactured to order in West Yorkshire at our dedicated production facility. Wherever possible, our materials are supplied from responsibly maintained sources.

Are your products easy to install?

We would always recommend using a professional installer. Your Tresana retailer may offer a full fitting service or be able to recommend a preferred fitter.

How should I care for my sliding wardrobes?

Everyday stains can be removed using a clean damp cloth and soapy water. Never use abrasive cleaning agents, scouring pads, wire wool or similar cleaning products on your Tresana units. Any spillages should be wiped away immediately to avoid further damage.

Is there a choice of handles for the internal drawers?

All Interno drawers are supplied with a sleek bar handle for ease of use.
