Whether you’re an Interior Designer or not, any room or space that has a certain amount of co-ordination is bound to look more aesthetically pleasing than one that isn’t.
We tend to find colours that are in the same range of tones more agreeable on the eye, and the softer the tones the more calming they feel.
Even brighter colours that are in the same family of tones are more cohesive and relaxing than a mixture of bright colours. That said, these sorts of colour combinations of eclectic mixes can create fabulous interior colour schemes, but are best left to lounges and dining rooms, where the primary function of the room is not to sleep!
Ultimately, a bedroom with an easy on the eye and colour co-ordinated palette is going to give the homeowner a better nights’ sleep!
Choose from five colour palettes
Intended only as a suggestion, the five colour palettes in the Tresana collection include Veneto White, a collection of off-white shades, Calabria Cashmere, which features warm neutrals and dusky pinks, and Lazio Oak, a mixture of mid wood tones and complementary plains. Our two deeper palettes are Palermo Grey, a fusion of sophisticated greys with blue accents and Romagna Dark Woods, where rich woodgrains and opulent tones co-ordinate.
These five colour palettes are by no means set in stone, but are intended to make the process of choosing your desired wardrobe door combinations that bit easier! If you would prefer to mix’n’match finishes from different palettes, and choose your own combinations, that’s entirely possible and just one of the many reasons that makes the Tresana collection so versatile…
wardrobes bespoke to you!
With vertical and horizontal optional feature panels, you can create your own bespoke wardrobe doors, a perfect way to customise them to co-ordinate with the overall interior colour scheme, soft furnishings and bedlinen.
Colour co-ordinated interiors too!
Coupled with a choice of co-ordinating carcass finishes, along with internal storage combinations and your fitted wardrobes can be as unique as you are, and personalised to your own exacting tastes.
Space saving pocket doors…
This co-ordination doesn’t just stop at the units themselves! Further ways to introduce a seamless look from room to room is with the use of ‘pocket doors’.
Rather than having a conventional opening door, they are cleverly designed to slide within a wall cavity or run parallel to the wall itself, and can be finished in any one of our Tresana door options.
